TEXPO has successfully completed the installation and testing of communication sub-systems for the Satellite Ground Stations in Abu Dhabi, a contract which was awarded to TEXPO by EADS ASTRIUM LIMITED.

The work undertaken is the installation and populating of equipment cabinets, Electrical connections which includes all electrical connections from the electrical distribution panel within each room to the installed cabinet assemblies in accordance with the UAE wiring regulations. Laying and terminating of cross-site communication cables and Termination of Cat 6 and Optical Fibre LAN's that involve around the termination of Ethernet Cat 6 splicing of optical fibre LAN's in accordance with ISO 11801
